International Nurses Day 2025

International Nurses Day 2025

Across the globe today we celebrate International Nurses Day and this year’s theme 'Our nurses, our future: caring for nurses strengthens economies' has never been more relevant.

Nurses in all settings, but particularly those working in primary care, form the critical connection with the health and wellbeing of communities and in working with people across all age groups.

Pinnacle is so fortunate to have dedicated, capable and expert nurses working across the network, in our practices, and here as nurse leads at Pinnacle. We thank you for the work you do every day, with a tireless focus on improving the health and wellbeing of your patients and communities.

We remain committed to strongly advocating for recognition of the work you do, and for pay equity for primary care nurses.

Ngā mihi nui,

Jan Adams, Director of Nursing and Justin Butcher, CEO.
